After receiving her training in culinary arts at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, Shira sharpened her knife at renowned kitchens like Momofuku and Malka NYC. Shira is an expert at incorporating farm-fresh, vibrant ingredients into traditional Jewish dishes. She has served as Head Chef at the Glatt Kosher gourmet resort, Cantina Giuliano in Tuscany. She has also worked at the Kosher farm-to-table retreat center Isabela Freidman.
